Frequently Asked Questions
What does the licence cover?
Your annual licence covers all pupils and staff at your school. Teachers can access the course to preview content, and all pupils can work through the lessons at their own pace. The licence runs for 12 months from purchase date.
Can staff use the course too?
Yes! All staff at your school can access the primary course. This is useful for teaching assistants, support staff, and anyone else who works with children and needs to understand the online safety topics being taught.
Is the course KCSIE compliant?
Yes. Our course is designed to help schools meet the online safety education requirements outlined in Keeping Children Safe in Education. The content aligns with the statutory guidance and is regularly updated to reflect changes in legislation and best practice.
How long does the course take?
Pupils typically complete the course in 2-4 hours, depending on their age and reading speed. The course is divided into modules, so you can deliver it flexibly — as a concentrated block during PSHE lessons, or spread across a term.
What happens when the licence expires?
You’ll receive renewal reminders as your licence approaches expiry. Online safety threats evolve constantly, so we recommend renewing annually to ensure your pupils benefit from updated content and your school maintains continuous compliance.
