What’s included in the annual licence?
All licences include access for every pupil/employee and staff member at your organisation, completion certificates, dashboard reporting, and regular content updates throughout the year.
When does the licence period start?
Your 12-month licence begins from the date of purchase. We’ll send renewal reminders as your expiry date approaches.
Can we upgrade mid-year?
Yes. If your pupil numbers or employee count increases, contact us and we can upgrade your licence. We’ll calculate a pro-rata charge for the remainder of your licence period.
Do you offer discounts for multi-year purchases?
We recommend annual licences because online safety threats evolve rapidly and content needs regular updating. However, for large organisations or trusts looking for longer commitments, please contact us to discuss options.
Are there any additional fees?
No. The prices shown are complete — there are no hidden fees, per-user charges, or setup costs.
