Operated by Real Code Ltd (trading as Safer Online), registered in England and Wales No. 08919593. Registered office: 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. By purchasing or using our platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Services
Online safety training courses for schools, parents, and businesses, including written materials, quizzes, and certificates of completion.
3. Licence Types
School Licences
- Small School (£499/year): All pupils and staff, one site, under 500 pupils
- Large School (£999/year): All pupils and staff, one site, 500+ pupils
- Multi-Academy Trust (£1,999/year): All pupils and staff across one MAT
Business Licences
- SME Business (£599/year): All employees, under 50 people
- Corporate Business (£1,299/year): All employees, 50–250 people
- Enterprise Business (£2,499/year): All employees, 250+ people
Licences are non-transferable and cover only the named organisation at purchase.
4. Payment
Annual licences paid in full at purchase. Access begins immediately and expires after 12 months. You’ll be reminded 30 days before expiry.
5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Full refund within 30 days of purchase if fewer than 20% of licensed users have accessed content. Email [email protected].
6. Cancellation
Licences do not auto-renew. Access suspends on expiry until renewed.
7. Acceptable Use
For online safety education within your licensed organisation only. Do not share credentials, grant external access, or copy/redistribute content. Breach may result in immediate suspension without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content and software belong to Real Code Ltd. Your licence grants limited, non-exclusive access within your organisation only.
9. Limitation of Liability
Total liability capped at licence fees paid in preceding 12 months. Not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for negligence causing death/injury or for fraud.
10. Changes
Material changes notified to licence holders with at least 30 days’ notice.
11. Governing Law
Laws of England and Wales. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.
