We aim to respond within one working day.

Schools and businesses can buy licences from the pricing page. Parents can buy the Digital Parenting course from the courses page. For Multi-Academy Trusts, Enterprise licences, or family packages, send us a message and we’ll set everything up with you.

For schools: your school name, approximate pupil numbers, and the course you’re interested in. For businesses: your company size. That helps us point you to the right licence straight away.

Our refund policy is set out in our Terms of Service. If something isn’t right, get in touch and we’ll put it right.

An up-to-date web browser and an internet connection. Courses work on desktop, tablet, and mobile, with no downloads or special software. See our Help & Support page for details.

Choose the annual licence for your school or organisation on the pricing page. School licences include staff access; pupil access is arranged with us. Contact us to arrange learner access and discuss your reporting needs. Learners can see their own course progress and quiz results in their learning account.

School licences start at £999/year, business licences at £599/year, and the Digital Parenting course is £29.99 one-off. The pricing page has the full list.
